A VANDAL who left a concrete bollard in the path of a Docklands Light Railway train is facing jail. The train screeched to a halt as it ploughed into the obstruction. Cocaine addict Derek Ray, 26, from Bow, was caught on CCTV leaving the bollard near Bow Church station at 2am on 13 January last year.
