LOS ANGELES, June 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Licensing is full speed ahead for DOROTHY OF OZ as more than a dozen licensees have already agreed to create merchandise for the upcoming feature film.
By Lee Randall I'M OFF TO SEE THE WIZARD, THE wonderful Wizard of Shoreditch - otherwise known as artist and author Graham Rawle, the inventive genius behind Woman's World, a novel consisting entirely of bits of text cut and pasted from women's magazines, and the long running Lost Consonants series.
EDITOR'S NOTE: Emily Kay Shrader, a junior at Enochs High School in Modesto, Calif., and a member of The Modesto Bee's Teens in the Newsroom program, is playing Dorothy in YES Company's production of "The Wizard of Oz," which opens Aug. 8. She kept a journal during the several weeks of rehearsal.
