Gulf Onshore, Inc. (OTCBB: GFON) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed R.Wayne Duke, Earl Moore and Mark Smith as directors. The board also appointed Mr. Moore as Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Smith as Chief Financial Officer.
