By Christina Cooke, Chattanooga Times/Free Press, Tenn. Sep. 19--Turning left at stop lights and merging onto highways should become less of a mystery to teenagers at East Ridge High after the school offers the first driver education class at a Hamilton County public school in a decade.

Jun. 24--Chattanooga and its biggest municipal neighbors have continued to lose population to outlying suburbs in the new century, according to government population figures released today. The U.S.
