By Leslie Griffy, San Jose Mercury News, Calif. Nov. 1--A stabbing near an east San Jose convenience store late Halloween night left a 45-year-old man dead and a 15-year-old, believed to be the man's son, with serious injuries, Sgt. Nick Muyo said today.
