Edgeline Holdings has agreed to terms for an exclusive worldwide right to option patents covering the composition and use of Genistein analogs for cancer treatment.

Oncolin Therapeutics, formerly known as Edgeline Holdings, has announced that one of its research programs was awarded a National Institute of Health Grant for $179,000 to support research on thermally targeted delivery of Doxorubicin.

Edgeline Holdings has signed a joint development agreement with Houston Pharmaceuticals to assist the company in obtaining a license for certain patents, several of which are from the University of Mississippi and the University of Louisiana.
