Little Dorrit, the PBS adaptation of author Charles Dickens' novel of the same name, won four awards at the 2009 Creative Arts Emmy Awards in Los Angeles. The Hollywood Reporter said the Dorrit adaptation from screenwriter Andrew Davies earned a Best Costumes for a Movie, Miniseries or a Special award Saturday, along with honors for cinematography and casting.

Lionsgate announced Friday that it has acquired the distribution rights to W, Oliver Stone's upcoming film about U.S. President George W. Bush. Lionsgate said it now holds the rights to the bio-pic in North America, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
