Text of report by state-owned Tajik Television First Channel on 13 October A decree by Tajik President Emomali Rahmon on appointing [Sharofiddin Zuhuriddinovich] Imomov as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan: Under Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, I order that Sharofiddin Zuhuriddinovich Imomov be appointed ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
