By Kevin Amerman, Wilkes-Barre, Pa., Times Leader Aug. 15--BEAR CREEK TWP. -- A plan to build a 25-turbine wind park on Penobscot Mountain was stalled by township supervisors two months ago, but a county judge has put the plan back in motion.

Jul. 19--BEAR CREEK TWP. -- A formal plan has not been presented to the Planning Commission yet, but a future proposal to install additional wind turbines in the township has some residents concerned. As Dr. Henry F. Smith Jr.
