NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- 821 Entertainment Group CEO Eric Geadelmann today announced that as part of the company's ongoing development of multi-media projects aimed at America's "Heartland," 821 has partnered with the Roy Rogers Family Entertainment Corporation to launch the "King of the Cowboys" franchise. Under the new agreement that includes all of the existing Roy Rogers and Dale Evans intellectual property rights controlled by the estate, including film, television, music and merchandising, 821 is developing strategies to repackage and distribute archived assets and to develop and produce new properties in filmed entertainment, animated television, music, ancillary products including publishing and interactive games.
