Three Ephrata Area School District teachers have been honored as Keystone Technology Integrators. The program recognizes classroom teachers who fully utilize technology to strengthen instructional practices.

The Ephrata Area School District, in an effot to revitalize its high school agriculture program, is partnering with the community to form an agri-science planning committee.

By Anonymous Ephrata Area School District dedicated its new Outdoor Learning Center Thursday afternoon. The 2,000-square-foot outdoor pavilion has 12 hard tables for labs. It has a large room with eight garage doors to allow room to bring in tractors and other farm equipment.

When the Washington Educational Center (WEC) opened its doors in October 1999, few in the Ephrata Area School District imagined the success its graduates would achieve thanks to the second academic chance they were given. Over the past eight years, 610 people have received WEC diplomas.
