Britain's Daily Star newspaper has apologized to Sienna Miller for publishing a photo the film actress said violated her privacy. The BBC said Miller also accepted payment of about $27,000 in damages as per an out-of-court settlement with the newspaper for running a picture taken in Los Angeles.
