MOSCOW. Dec 3 (Interfax) - President Vladimir Putin has signed the Federal Law on the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom. The law was passed by the State Duma on November 13 2007 and upheld by the Federation Council on November 23 2007, the Kremlin press service reported on Monday.
