IT REALLY does depress the soul watching a minister in the Scottish Executive nonchalantly reveal his ignorance in public. Fergus Ewing (Newsnight Scotland, July 23) had better get up to speed, and quickly, if he wishes to avoid being taken for a fool in this current debate on the methadone farce.
