By ROSALIE RAYBURN Journal Staff Writer Nearly a year after a state Environment Department investigation traced duck mortality to a form of botulism likely caused by water conditions at Chamisa Hills Golf and Country Club, ducks are still dying.
The North Dakota Game and Fish Department is hosting a public meeting in Bismarck on Thursday regarding boating issues in the Bismarck-Mandan area on the Missouri River. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at NDGFD headquarters, 100 N. Bismarck Expressway.
