By ISOLDE RAFTERY Police cars were stationed throughout the day at Fort Vancouver High School on Monday following a fight Thursday that included up to 50 people. Fort Vancouver High School remained a restricted campus Monday but will resume business as usual today.
First things first. The safety of students in our schools has to be the No. 1 priority. If students aren't safe, they aren't going to learn. And it's a good bet that precious little learning went on at Fort Vancouver High School last Thursday afternoon or all day Friday.
