Mobile phone company Orange Business Services UK has struck up a new partnership with Fujitsu Siemens Computers in a deal which will give UK laptop owners access to the latest embedded SIM technology.

Sun Microsystems said Wednesday that it was teaming up with Fujitsu on the next generation of computer systems, a move designed to help the two companies better compete with Hewlett-Packard and IBM on servers that power corporations' databases.
