By Bill Lindelof, The Sacramento Bee, Calif. Dec. 28--The students of Garfield Elementary School are at it again. They have unveiled another mural. The school has so many murals -- a half dozen at last count -- that the colorful, wall-sized paintings have become the school's trademark.
