Pacific Energy Resources, an oil and gas exploration and production company, has appointed James Nelson and Garrett Smith to its board of directors. Mr Nelson is currently chairman and CEO of Eaglescliff, a business and financial advisory, consulting and wealth management company he founded in 1986.
