By Pat Reavy Deseret Morning News An anonymous tip and being in the right place at the right time resulted in South Salt Lake police making an arrest Tuesday in the shooting death of a man in a flower store parking lot. Steven Daniel Lucero, 20, was arrested for investigation of homicide.
