Under a bill sponsored by Sen. Curt Bramble, R-Provo, Vineyard city could use redevelopment agency dollars for the former Geneva Steel industrial site. A provision in current law says an RDA cannot be used for a piece of property that exceeds 10 percent of the total value of the municipality.
