This week Google implemented, then temporarily suspended, an annual four-time deactivation limit on Google Music accounts on Google Play. Users have a maximum 10 device limit on their accounts.

Google is rolling out its Hangouts On Air feature on its Google+ social network to all of its users around the world. Google had initially offered up the feature to a limited number of users of its social network, but as of Tuesday, it has now opened up access for everyone.
