Gossan Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE: GSS)(FRANKFURT/FREIVERKEHR XETRA:GSR) has retained Hatch of Montreal, Canada, to provide engineering process support for the Inwood Magnesium Project The agreement covers a 5-phase work program culminating with the opening of a Certificate of Authorization file with the Manitoba government for construction and environmental approvals for a production facility at Inwood, located in south-central Manitoba.

Gossan Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE: GSS)(FRANKFURT/FREIVERKEHR XETRA:GSR) has received a final National Instrument 43-101 Report that establishes a substantial resource of high purity dolomite at its Inwood Magnesium Project.

Gossan Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE: GSS)(FRANKFURT/FREIVERKEHR XETRA:GSR) has been advised by Marathon PGM Corporation ("Marathon"), that it has expended in excess of $3 million on the Bird River Project and that Marathon will trigger formation of a 50:50 joint venture on the Project by making a further $400,000 cash payment to Gossan.
