By THE CANADIAN PRESS WINNIPEG - An elderly man at the centre of a court case over life and death has died of natural causes in a Winnipeg hospital. The family of Samuel Golubchuk, 84, had gotten a court order requiring doctors at Grace Hospital to keep him on life support.
