LONDON, May 19, 2011 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global brewer SABMiller today reported "strong" full-year 2011 results in what it said remained mixed market conditions. In an interview with financial broadcaster http://www.cantos.com, CEO Graham Mackay said while emerging markets were doing well, growth in Europe and the US was still "muted". Despite this, he said the company had managed to reduce its costs per unit in Europe and costs in the US had also come down.
