TBS announced Wednesday it has ordered a third season of its original U.S. sit-com "The Bill Engvall Show." Bill Engvall is to return as family counselor Bill Pearson, with Nancy Travis back as his wife, Susan, the cable television network said.

Reason for watching: For Bill ("Blue Collar TV") Engvall fans only. What it's about: The second season begins, which is the most astounding fact I can summon about this family sitcom, filled with laugh-track lines and jokes so fluffy (and predictable) the whole enterprise threatens to float away.

The relatable, lighthearted and comical side of family life is explored in the hit comedy series The Bill Engvall Show, which will be available on DVD for the first time May 20, 2008 from Warner Home Video (WHV).
