PLANS for a controversial new civilian airport in Wales' biggest national park could receive support from the local council this week.

FREE compost bins are on offer from a North Wales council. Gwynedd Council's recycling unit has over 1,000 of the bins to hand out. They were obtained as part of a scheme organised by the Wales Assembly Government and Waste Awareness Wales to encourage more people to compost at home.
