Osaka, March 26 (Jiji Press)--Hankyu Department Stores Inc. and Hanshin Department Store Ltd. will integrate their operations under a new holding company to be set up on Oct. 1, both companies said Monday.

Osaka, March 22 (Jiji Press)--Hankyu Department Stores Inc. and Hanshin Department Store Ltd. are set to integrate their operations under a holding company in October. The two companies, both based in this western Japan city, will make a decision on the plan Monday, informed sources said.

Tokyo, Feb. 27 (Jiji Press)--Hankyu Hanshin Holdings Inc. said Tuesday there has been no decision made on a reported plan for business integration between Hankyu Department Stores Inc. and Hanshin Department Store Ltd.
