Hezbollah Secretary-General Hasan Nasrallah arrived at the southern Beirut suburb at the site for celebrating the release of the liberated Lebanese prisoners at 1836 gmt on 16 July. Nasrallah spoke briefly to welcome the prisoners and greet the crowds.
