By Tulsa World, Okla. Dec. 1--Martin B. LeBeck, a thoracic surgeon and former Hillcrest Hospital chief of staff, died Friday. He was 90. A service is set for 2 p.m. Monday at Fitzgerald's Ivy Chapel. LeBeck was born Sept. 23, 1917, to Rebecca (Sohn) and Joseph Leibovitz in Chicago.
