By Tim Ruzek, Post-Bulletin, Rochester, Minn. Apr. 16--Two weeks away from the fundraiser's deadline, an Austin grocery store plans to offer free lunches Tuesday for those willing to donate to the Hormel Institute expansion. Hy-Vee Foods will provide lunches between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
