HOULTON - Prescription drug return events are planned this fall in Aroostook County to coincide with the annual Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day. One collection will take place from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, at Pine Tree Waste on Florence Avenue in Houlton.
