A hurricane warning was posted for Florida's southwestern coast Monday as Tropical Storm Fay left Cuba soaked and headed north. At 2 p.m., forecasters at the National Hurricane Center in Miami said Fay was about 20 miles southeast of Key West, moving north-northwest at 14 mph.
