Police in Florida said they arrested a man who broke into a house boat and stole a roll of electrical tape and a bottle of Tabasco sauce. Gainesville police Officer Edward Ratliff said a witness spotted Richard Humphrey, 47, allegedly breaking into a parked house boat at about 4:32 a.m.
