U.S. actress Idina Menzel has given birth to her first child, a son she named Walker Nathaniel Diggs. A friend of Menzel and her husband, actor Taye Diggs, confirmed the birth to E! News. The couple met in 1995 when they co-starred in the Broadway musical Rent.
