VILNIUS. July 30 (Interfax) - A turbine generator at power unit 2 of the Ignalina nuclear power plant, which was recently stopped because of a staff mistake, was restarted on Wednesday.

VILNIUS. July 29 (Interfax) - The Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (INPP) ceased power production last night.

VILNIUS. Jan 2 (Interfax) - Lithuania's Ignalina nuclear power plant generated 9.8 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity in 2007, compared with 8.65 billion in 2006, the plant's press service told Interfax.
