Beginning a two-day visit to Moscow on Tuesday, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice downplayed speculation of a return to a U.S.-Russia Cold War.

KYIV. April 16 (Interfax) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Arsenyi Yatsenyuk arrived in Moscow on a one-day working visit on Monday. It is Yatsenyuk's first visit to Russia as foreign minister.
