A New Delhi magistrate says he has called Bollywood actor and filmmaker Aamir Khan to testify in a copyright case involving pirated DVDs of his film Lagaan. The magistrate, Jagdish Kumar, issued a summons for Khan to appear in court Feb. 10, 2009, the Indo-Asian News Service reported Tuesday.
