By Jim Stafford, The Oklahoman May 28--The planting of a "survivor tree" Tuesday officially kicked off construction at a $100 million, 17-acre Integris Cancer Institute that will complement the adjacent proton treatment center already under construction in far northwest Oklahoma City.
