By The Arizona Daily Star, Tucson Mar. 24--A rollover crash on Interstate 10 in New Mexico was expected to keep all lanes of traffic closed through late this morning, authorities said. The crash, which occurred half-way between Deming and Las Cruces, was reported at about 6:30 p.m.

Aug. 11--More than $11.4 million in federal highway funds will be headed to Las Cruces and Doña Ana County as President Bush signed a new federal highway bill into law Wednesday.
