PHNS today announced that the Public Health Trust, an agency and instrumentality of Miami-Dade County, Florida that operates Jackson Health System, including Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida (Jackson), has entered into an agreement for PHNS to provide receivables management services to Jackson's Patient Financial Services departments.

Avalon Healthcare has signed a direct provider agreement with Florida-based Broward Health System. The agreement, which became effective May 1, 2008, includes the four hospitals and ancillary services and facilities owned and operated by the system.
