Jaclyn Smith's publicist says the U.S. actress' former stunt double, not Smith, recently suffered a gunshot wound in Honduras.
Actress and model Jaclyn Smith is assuring fans via Twitter that she wasn't shot and killed in Honduras Tuesday, contrary to rumors claiming she was. Smith, 61, is best known for co-starring in the iconic television series Charlie's Angels, alongside Farrah Fawcett, who died of cancer June 25. TMZ said rumors have been swirling that Smith was gunned down in her home in Honduras. However, her publicist, Jay Schwartz, insisted: She is alive and well in Los Angeles.
Producer Alana Stewart remembered actress Farrah Fawcett, who died of cancer Thursday, as an angel and as her best friend. Fawcett died at a Santa Monica, Calif., hospital at age 62 after a nearly three-year battle with cancer. There are no words to express the deep sense of loss that I feel.
