BBC Monitoring observes that Afghanistan's first private radio station, Arman FM, is now available on a live audio stream from their website at www.arman.fm. The station broadcasts on 98.1 MHz FM in Kabul and five provincial cities - Ghazni, Herat, Jalalabad, Kandahar and Mazar-e Sharif.
