NEW YORK (Reuters) - Free agent pitcher Jarrod Washburn signed a four-year contract with the Seattle Mariners on Monday. Washburn, 31, will receive a reported $36 million over the life of the contract, leaving the Anaheim Angels after eight seasons to sign with their American League West rivals.
