Jhonny Peralta drove in the winning run in the bottom of the ninth Saturday as Cleveland eclipsed Baltimore, 9-8, in the Orioles' ninth straight loss. Peralta lined a single to center off loser Jim Johnson (4-6), the Orioles sixth pitcher, to bring in Luis Valbuena.

Jhonny Peralta's four RBI Saturday keyed Cleveland's 13-6 rout of Kansas City. Shin-Soo Choo hit a two-run homer and scored three times. Jamey Carroll had two RBI, and Asdrubal Cabrera, Andy Marte and Michael Brantley each added one RBI.

Miguel Olivo hit a one-out home run in the 12th inning Friday, lifting Kansas City to a 2-1 victory over Cleveland. The Royals won their fifth straight and Cleveland lost its fourth in a row.

Cleveland's David Huff held Minnesota to a run and two hits over seven innings Sunday and the Indians beat the Twins 3-1. Scott Baker held the Indians to a run and three hits in six innings Saturday as Minnesota beat Cleveland 4-1. Baker (13-7) gave up a lead-off homer to Andy Marte in the bottom of the third, but allowed just two other hits to raise his season record against Cleveland to 4-0. He walked four batters and
