Jhonny Peralta drove in the winning run in the bottom of the ninth Saturday as Cleveland eclipsed Baltimore, 9-8, in the Orioles' ninth straight loss. Peralta lined a single to center off loser Jim Johnson (4-6), the Orioles sixth pitcher, to bring in Luis Valbuena.
