The Swedish-based discount fashion clothing chain H&M says it plans to start selling a line of Jimmy Choo footwear and handbags this fall. The British luxury accessories brand is creating a line of shoes for H&M that are expected to be priced between $59 and $299, the New York Post reported. The limited-edition footwear for men and women, bags and accessories are slated to debut Nov.

Authorities in England say they have seized more than $3.5 million in counterfeit designer shoes and sneakers. American banking heir Matthew Mellon decided not to give evidence against claims he paid a private detective agency to electronically snoop on his estranged wife. His barrister, Nicholas Purnell QC, told London's Southwark Crown Court he was not calling witnesses.
