Kevin Harvick held off teammate Ron Hornaday Jr. Monday to win the rain-delayed Kroger 250 Camping World Truck Series race in Martinsburg, Va. Kyle Busch led a race-high 139 laps, but Harvick caught up within the final 25 laps.
