By LLOYD JOJOLA Journal Staff Writer A park-and-ride option will again be available to Journal Pavilion concertgoers this year. ABQ Ride will offer its Rock Star Shuttle for select concerts at the pavilion starting with the May 3 Gwen Stefani show, the city Transit Department announced.
