News - Kevin Na
Kevin Na rolled in a 20-foot putt with darkness approaching Thursday to shoot a 9-under 63 and take the lead in the rain-delayed Canadian Open. Play was suspended for almost eight hours before resuming in the afternoon and 39 players never got to the first tee. Na, who has not won on the PGA Tour but has had seven top-10 finishes this year, took advantage of the soft conditions to shoot the lowest round of his seven-year career. Scott Verplank, Retief Goosen and Joe Durant all shot 7-under 65.
Kevin Na shot an 8-under 62 and Mark Wilson carded a 64 Friday to share the second-round lead at the Mayakoba Golf Classic in Mexico. Wilson and Na -- who set a 36-round record for the tournament -- go into the third round tied at 10-under 130, two strokes ahead of first-round leader Bo Van Pelt (69) and J.J.
