RICHMOND, Va., Aug. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominion Virginia Power's North Anna Power Station has restored off-site power, eliminating the need to rely on its back-up generators.

Soaking rains gave central Virginia some relief from dry conditions, but in Louisa County it only eased the guilt of the head of the water authority. It seems no matter how dry it gets for how long, Louisa doesn't have to restrict water use.
